Job Description

  1. Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests.
  2. Assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients.
  3. Anticipate guest needs, handle guest queries and solve problems.
  4. Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request
  5. Understands the hotel's facilities, products and services.
  6. Provides information when requested and promotes hotel's services, facilities and special events.
  7. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
  8. Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests.
  9. Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
  10. Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to anticipate their needs.
  11. Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
  12. Provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for action
  13. Reports problems to Management with suggestions for resolution.
  14. Adhere to Front Office Policies and Procedures
  15. Adhere to Hotel Handbook and general policies and procedures
  16. Adhere to hotel brands standards.
  17. Practices ‘Yes I Can’ attitude
  18. Adheres to RHG’s Responsible Business ethics.

 


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3/ 4 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.
  • Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
  • Good command of English Language
  • Possess a pleasing personality.
  • Age – 25 to 35 Years
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
  • Guest relation oriented.
  • Possess strong multitasking skills.
  • Positive, Yes I can personality
