Overview:
As the Front Office Duty Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will oversee front office staff, manage guest relations, and uphold the high standards of Radisson Blu hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during your shift, ensuring their needs are met with prompt and courteous service.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Operational Management:
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and procedures.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate front office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations to ensure staff meet service expectations.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing occupancy rates, and identifying areas for improvement.
Emergency Protocols:
- Serve as the first line of response in emergencies, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
Implement and manage emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a Duty /Manager role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
