Job Description

We’re looking for a Cost Control Supervisor who is passionate about numbers, accuracy, and operational efficiency — someone who can help ensure that our costs are well managed while maintaining the exceptional standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all cost control functions for food, beverage, and general hotel operations.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost and consumption reports.
  • Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, and receiving reports for compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and monthly inventory reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B departments to manage inventory and minimize waste.
  • Assist in preparing cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to Radisson Blu’s internal control standards and local audit requirements.
  • Provide cost-related recommendations to management to optimize hotel profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in cost control, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and hotel systems such as Opera, Micros, or Sun Systems.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
