As a Sales Executive, you infuse our dynamic Sales Team with a unique blend of ambition, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for engaging with customers. Your leadership elevates our sales efforts, ensuring success in every interaction.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Leisure portfolio, Entertainment portfolio and other potential partners.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, sales blitzes, and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets set out by the Key Account Director- Leisure & Entertainment & Country Director of Sales.
- Conduct presentations and property Site Inspections for prospective clients.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the brand when required.
- Support the Country Director of Sales, and Key Account Director – Leisure & Entertainment in client related administrative tasks including appointment setting and follow up as well as the following:
- Site inspections
- Dinners
- Larger events
- Client Year End Functions etc
- Assist Key Account Director – Leisure & Entertainment with mapping of new business opportunities and with statistical tasks.
- Achieve budgeted goals by executing sales activities within the assigned market segment.
- Assist the Country Director of Sales and Key Account Director Leisure & Entertainment with monthly reporting.
- Ensure own function operates within cost parameters.
- Maintains effective correspondence between clients, Hotels and all other revenant stakeholders.
- Meet budgeted sales and profit margins for group business by soliciting, selling and confirming business as required.
- Develops data and recommends programs to meet client’s needs.
- Prepare proposals with the Key Account Director and Country Director of Sales to maximize profit.
- Use sales calls to solicit existing and new clients.
- Coordinates activities related to business on the books with Hotels within the Country.
- Ensures maximum occupancies by performing follow up contact with Hotels within the Country.
- Increases sales volumes and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market segments.
- Conducts regular meetings with the Key Account Director – Leisure & Entertainment and Country Director of Sales to set objectives and to ensure that action plans are in place for the Country or designated area/market segment.
- Assist Key Account Director- Leisure & Entertainment in identifying new business opportunities or strategies and shares with the Country Director of Sales.
- Assist Key Account Director- Leisure & Entertainment to achieve overall Sales targets for specific market segments.
- Assist Key Account Director- Leisure & Entertainment to implement strategies to facilitate market penetration for increased national and international production to meet increasing demands reflecting in the change and growth of the Company.
- Conducts client inspections to secure business or confirm new business.
- Assists Key Account Director-Leisure & Entertainment to increase sales volumes and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market segments for the Country.
- Reviews market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired and competitive rates etc.
- Drive and maintain overall sales to gain new business development opportunities and monitor completion of pro-active sales activities and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of local and international travel markets is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English
