Job Description
At Radisson, we believe every moment matters. As HACCP Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our food safety standards are met across the hotel. You’ll support our Culinary and F&B teams by monitoring hygiene, training staff, and making sure all practices follow HACCP and local health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the hotel’s HACCP plan in line with Radisson and local standards
Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are taken
Deliver HACCP and hygiene training to Culinary and F&B teams
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and supplier compliance
Work closely with Executive Chef and F&B leadership to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
HACCP Level 3 (Level 4 preferred) certification
2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within hotels or large food service operations
Strong knowledge of food safety laws and hygiene standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
