Job Description
Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel is an icon in the heart of Oslo – a landmark known for quality, professionalism, and world-class hospitality. We are now looking for a dedicated Concierge who wants to help take our guest service to the next level and be part of developing the hotel’s future.
About the Role
As a Concierge, you are the face of the hotel and the guests’ trusted point of contact for everything from practical arrangements to unique local experiences. You know the city, the people, and the small details that make a stay truly memorable. With your service mindset, expertise, and personality, you create moments that guests will remember long after their stay.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver personalized and professional service in line with Radisson Blu’s Yes I Can! philosophy
Assist guests with information, recommendations, and reservations
Build and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers
Contribute actively to improving routines and elevating the service level in Front Office
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Has experience from a similar role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
Communicates fluently in English and Norwegian; other languages are an advantage
Is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment
Wants to take part in developing the hotel and enhancing the overall guest journey
