Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Zakopane - our stunning resort nestled in the heart of the Tatra Mountains is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Operations Manager to join us full-time in Zakopane.
This is more than just an operations role - it is a unique career development opportunity designed for future hotel leaders aspiring to become General Managers. Working closely with our experienced General Manager, you will co-lead the hotel’s operational departments in both a strategic and hands-on manner, gaining invaluable leadership exposure across the business.
As part of this opportunity, we will create a tailored development plan to support your journey toward becoming a General Manager within Radisson Hotel Group.
As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of Memorable Moments. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- You are an industry expert and a recognized leader with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands-on workload
- You strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests
- You enjoy the challenge of running our show. It’s what makes your heartbeat faster!
- You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
- As right hand to the General Manager, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading hotel-operations teams with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- An eye for detail
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
- Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
