We are currently seeking an extra Bartender to join our team. - Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Delivers departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
- Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
- Work hours are mostly evening based, but can occur during the day
- Scheduling is on a "need be" basis, which means that you will become a part of our extra staff pool
- A proven track record in a similar role
- A positive and and enthusiastic mentality
- Multitasking abilities with focus on efficiency and high quality service
- Excellent organizational and upselling skills
- A passion for producing high quality customer care
- Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
- Clear thinker with excellent communication and creative flair
- Fluency in English. Both English and Swedish is desirable
- Must hold hold a valid work permit, Swedish phone number and Swedish account number.
